PRM Kiosk Application The Kiosk was developed to lighten the workload of the casino staff. The kiosk allows the player to access casino information and services as well their own personal information by themselves. The kiosk is easy to understand and use. The player is required to swipe their players club card and enter a pin number to gain access to their personal information thereby keeping it secure.

PRM Kiosk Configuration Application The Kiosk Configuration application is used to change the kiosk’s many settings and configurable aspects. Most of what is presented in the kiosk is configurable, including the graphics, fonts, features included, presentation layout, and text strings just to name a few.

PRM Workstation Application The Workstation application is an easy, concise and effective tool for the casino staff. It allows changes to be made to the player’s information, play history, points as well as the ability to sign up new players, manage casino employee accounts and print PRM cards (player, game and employee).

PRM Handheld Applications The Players Club Application (PCA) was the initial handheld offering. This unit allows casino staff to sign players up in the PRM program remotely. PCA was initially conceived to be used on the bus which shuttles large tour groups to the casino. The sign up process happens during the drive and when the players arrive at the casino, their new player cards are ready, but more importantly these players are ready to start playing immediately. The PitBoss application was developed to provide the pit bosses with the extra power they need to do their job more effectively and efficiently. It also provides a method for them to learn their players better and keep track of their activities. The latest member of the handheld family is currently in beta testing and allows the staff to scan player activity allowing the player to earn points for valuable prizes and drawings. This application was developed for smaller casinos that do not have card readers at every table or slot machine.
